At Franco Manufacturing Co. I've been able to design and familiarize myself with multiple licenses. I've become fluent on various brand guidelines to achieve licensor approval, helping streamline the production process. Included in this process is communicating with marketing and sales on their timelines/needs while also making sure overseas factories comply with licensor and retailers standards by preforming quality checks on packaging samples. I've designed packaging from belly bands; hang tags; sliders; tile cards; and PDQs for various retailers. Following their needed specifications, making any adjustments and communicating with licensors when needed. My work also extends to licensed digital designs such as Amazon banners, planograms, product photoshopping and mocking up physical samples for sales.
